Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground veal
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 big handful of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (maybe a little more if they're too mushy)
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- Some dried minced onion seasoning, a couple of teaspoonfuls
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- About 1 TBSP chopped parsley
- A splash of milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Squish and combine everything together.
- Use a large sized ice cream scooper to measure.
- Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with a little space in between (don't crowd them).
- Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
- Wipe away excess grease and finish them off in your pot of sauce that should have already been cooking for at least an hour.
- Let simmer on low for another hour or 2, or 3 or 4... stirring occasionally.
