Italian Meatballs

Instructions

  1. Squish and combine everything together.
  2. Use a large sized ice cream scooper to measure.
  3. Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with a little space in between (don't crowd them).
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
  5. Wipe away excess grease and finish them off in your pot of sauce that should have already been cooking for at least an hour.
  6. Let simmer on low for another hour or 2, or 3 or 4... stirring occasionally.
  7. ENJOY!
