Coquito
Ingredients
1.5 - 2 cups silver Puerto Rican rum (Don Q Cristal) (soak 2 cinnamon sticks per 2 cups of rum 2 days prior)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
16 oz. of boxed unsweetened coconut milk OR 1 (13.5 ounce) can of coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Chill then shake vigorously before serving.
