Buffalo Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, drained canned chicken, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and Frank's Red Hot. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder and stir to distribute evenly.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced green onions.
  4. Taste and add additional hot sauce if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve on sandwich bread, in a wrap, or with pretzel crisps.

Classic Version

Servings: 6 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes

  1. Combine mayonnaise and buffalo sauce in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add bleu cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, diced celery, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken and combine until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve as sandwiches, on crackers, or in lettuce wraps.
Tips: Blue cheese is optional โ€” omit or substitute based on preference. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for desired spiciness.
